Over the last few years, New Jersey has become a national leader on voting rights through the passage of automatic voter registration, online voter registration, in-person early voting, and rights restoration to those on parole and probation. But with over 20 states and D.C. already having some form of same-day voter registration, it’s time for New Jersey to catch up.
